For over 25 years, I’ve lived and breathed Network Operations. I’ve built NOCs from scratch, managed large-scale command centers for complex global organizations, and stepped into crisis environments to stabilize operations when everything was falling apart.

I founded NOCWolf because I kept seeing the same patterns of operational failure across the industry: tool sprawl with no strategy, alert fatigue that had engineers tuning everything out, broken escalation paths that let incidents slip through, and burned-out teams running on fumes. Organizations were spending serious money on monitoring platforms and ITSM tools — and still getting zero actionable visibility.

The problem was never the tools. It was the absence of solid operational foundations underneath them.
